There were hardly any miners mining this coin, especially when it was cpu only. I stumbled on vertcoin 2 days after the gpu miner was released and have been mining it from then on. The diff was at ~2..4 when i got in.
Sure, the diff must have been low at the start, and there were only a handfull of miners, and the diff retarget was slow, giving those miners a FAIR advantage. Anyone could have stepped in at that time. If you were not smart enough to get in then (like i didn't) and did not have the vision to do so then you call the early miners insta-miners? What about the early bitcoin and litecoin miners? Insta-miners too?
And why hidden? All coins were mined after the release no? Hidden insta-mine = mine before release, obviously that hasn't happened to vertcoin.
This is just someone pissed at not getting in early by ignoring the coin at the release.

i agree mostly but a response from the coindev etc would be nice or even from the guys who mined those big amounts early..
but we all know none of them will man up and say yeah that was me who mined all those coins lol

every coin is instamined and especially any coin that is not a scrytp clone.. new algo = insta mine.. it's how this stuff works.

I have seen an agenda from some mysterious people also that are hell bent on discrediting this coin.. prob Dark coin bag holders threatened by VTC i bet.
I've have not seen anyone but random noobs try and attack this coin.. not one solid long standing member has anything bad to say about it.

Is it possible some miners were pre-configured for launch day ? private gpu miners ? almost every coin does that and if they say they don't their fucking lying.
Did VTC botnets get fired up ? maybe but that is not what that moron was saying.. he was dramatizing and slandering this coin over normal activity seen on all coins.
