If it is about pure price growth then some memecoins can be talked about. That is because a lot of them are pumped from 0 so we can see massive growth however they do not get to maintain them anyway and end up losing just as fast as they have gained.

But meme coins cannot be used as long-term assets. I'm not sure meme coins will be able to maintain their value until the end of 2024. OP asked about the best growing altcoin in 2024. This year is still long. But if it is from January to May I agree with you that most meme coins experience good growth. But if we talk about projects that have real cases, several projects such as TON, Ondo, Altlayer and Rndr are projects that also recorded significant increases if calculated from the beginning of 2024.
