This is not true. I provided them with my social, which is another form of id here, my expired passport, my drivers license, they just want me to provide an ACTIVE [passport. Thats the only thing they are accepting.
Ideally, no platform would accept an expired document for KYC verification, it's not done anywhere. My advice is that if you've a huge amount on BC.Game, get a new passport, verify your account and withdraw your funds, but if the amount is not much, perhaps you may want to forfeit it. But next time, try not to get yourself entangled in similar situation, always read the casino's ToS before sign up.
Well, I don't want to sound like a smart ass here, but if the passport is invalid no one will take it into account, it's just not a valid document and that's it. What Sokani suggests is more than smart, it shouldn't be a problem to get a valid passport if everything is in order, the process takes from a week to a little more (depending on the country), and when you finish that just provide new documents.
Today, every casino has the right to request different documents for KYC verification. There are indeed different cases, and certainly, some casinos ask for too much, but attaching an expired document is really out of the question.
