Im sorry to hear this - In a case like this, pressure from the public or mediation assistance from 3rd parties such as askgambler or casinoguru is unlikely to be able to resolve this problem.
If you intend to get a proper compensation from them, the only way is to hire a lawyer and file a formal complaint against them, but that will cost you a lot of money and time.
