As long as they have demanded money as settlement for their grievance against Binance, it's a good sign that all their brouhaha following the limited access and functions of some Binance and other exchanges services in the country, will cease.

To every action there is always way of mediating peace or calming down the action , what you point out is the real facts when issue has gone to the point of money it's a clear show the the problem is resolves half way.
It's only hard when there is no round table but in this case it's not so the table is made open left for biance to adjust and work with them I don't too see anything wrong if they have good ground with our government if it's tax they pay as the case may be but let the government too do it in way that they are throwing away foreign investors before them by way if too much tax or levy.
