I can tell you that it's good and it's true.

When it comes to wagering requirements: In general it won't stop bonus abusing as people can create multiple accounts under different identity and try to hit big with that extra balance from deposit bonuses and then grind many hours or even days to clear the wager requirement (assuming user is a legit player, not a bonus abuser). Locking user funds are a bit predatory, just my opinion though.
