I don't think this kind of service is being talked publicly. It may be happening to some sports, but usually, only few people know such occurrence. Usually those on the top levels as they don't want to ruin their image. The reputation of their athletes is on the line also if ever there will be leakage of information. This is why, if something is happening like this, you won't hear where the sources come from, and so you can't validate the legitimacy of the info. Because as much as possible, the involved people don't want it divulge it publicly. This is why, you may hear it as a rumor only and that you can't rely if the info is indeed valid or not.

yeah I also think so that there may be something like this that is happening but it is inside of group of people that either celebrity or group of really big fishes .
so basically if this is existing there are only few that is involving and you are right this is privately talked and we will never hear anything for sure unless we become part of it.
