OP I am meant to understand that telegram is an anonymous platform and possibly you chose there for that purpose. Now why do you want players to send or make payment with account that bears their names with cards. How about if a player deposits from their wallets with no name and means of identity, would you deny them of deposit? And another thing I saw is that you did not mention KYC but you stated in one of the paragraph that you can request for KYC if the needs arises. Would it not have been better you stated it clear for all to see that you have a KYC policy so that nobody feels tricked after playing and wanting to withdraw and you request for KYC.

What are the security checks put in place for this exercise when such scenario comes up. Can you state them here so that everyone can see it and possibly make suggestions on how to improve on it to serve your better.
Hey! We'd love it if everyone would own crypto or would want to gamble with it. Unfortunately that's not the case yet, which is why we also offer the option to buy crypto by using a card for example. This service is provided by a 3rd party and as explained on earlier post, they might have separate verification similar to crypto exchanges.
Regarding denying a crypto deposit, we don't have any KYC procedures before making a crypto deposit and therefore we wouldn't be be able to deny such if customer is able to make a deposit. KYC itself is not really our unique selling points towards players and us and many crypto casinos being licensed, there's a possibility that KYC procedures could be triggered based on player actions whether it's buying crypto or trying to fraud us and so on.
