Wow that's a insane number of tickets, 39.9 millions. Just checked other contest too and got surprised that this user 37419370 is everywhere, winning daily contest, monthly contest frequently. Superbly active gambler man.

Probably one thing leads to another, that's how it is with gambling and wagering huge amounts, he wins most of the contests and has a higher chance to win all the lotteries. I guess we can say that he is more than an active gambler:
