Usually when people want to DCA-ing Bitcoin with small amount money, they're using centralized exchange, so they only need to pay the trading fees that only around 0.1%-0.5% and keep it on the exchange.

Considering he already received a negative feedback from DT member in the last few days and he keep creating a new thread, I think he didn't care either. If he's just shitposting, he high unlikely get banned, but he copied someone else words, he could get banned.
