Seeing this pattern, signing another attacking players won't give a better impact on their offense line. I really don't think this problem comes from the ability of the players. The management and Ten Hag himself need to find the cause of the problem before they prepare the plan for next season.

With the way of how the team play, I don't think Watkins is a good option to revive the attacking line, or even Watkins shouldn't be an option at all. He doesn't suit transitional attacks with long through-ball passes. Moreover, Aston Villa won't let him go after achieving the top four finish that will guarantee them playing Champions League next season.

There is no doubt about this all with now it's time for the management and coach first check ground realities about their signings which fail to give their best before signing any new player which is going to be help them into their offensive because they are already having few top quality players which are doing good but sadly fail to have their best which is creating problems for them, and they are ending their season with the worst ever performance.

Now we are having just one game left in this season and after this many players are going to be sold or buy in all UEFA clubs, so things could be good for the Manchester United to have overhauled their squad because they are currently having too many players which are capable of giving their best but sadly fail to have any impact in this season while their team is going to end season at the 8th which is worst ever in last few years.

Man United really needs a new striker because Man United doesn't have an option in that position. Either as a backup for Hojlund or coming to fight over the main striker position, or he could even play a duet with Hojlund. Even though Rasmus Hojlund hasn't had an impressive performance this season, I don't think it's because he doesn't have the capability to do so, but what makes him unable to shine is because he didn't get much support from the midfield and the sidelines. Not only because Man United does not have a consistent rhythm in every match, but we often see that there are several players who look selfish and are reluctant to pass even though their teammates are in a good position to create opportunities.
