I've been wondering for the second year why Ten Hag remains Manchester United coach and I still haven't found an answer to the question. I doubt the management will decide to change him this season, I think they have either decided to go all the way, that Ten Hag would do something, or they don't care about their team and so they are willing to leave things as they are
Seriously, the present of Ten Hag for the past two years have turned Manchester United performance very poor, is kind of surprising to me. because all this time have been waste for nothing, he is unable to achieve anything for the team, and the best I think is to get new coach for Manchester United since Ten Hag is unable to find solution to the problem of Manchester United. he is even unable to identify their problem. though, I also observe that they are not ready to get this team back any time soon, if not they would have try another manager and see what will happen.
Yes, this season the team didn't even qualify for the Europa League, let alone the Champions League, which is probably a cherished dream for them while Ten Hag is at the helm. What's more, they didn't even qualify for the Europa League, so they end the season in 8th place. I think this is a serious indicator that not just something is broken in the team, but that nothing is working at all and it needs to be fixed. I really hope that the management will realise this
