That is true. I could barely do five pushups a day when I started (with one strong arm) and now I do 25. My goal is to hit 100 pushups a day before bitcoin hits 100K or 10K.

The more muscles formed the lesser the fat and pain besides for muscles to be formed there must be a burn of fat too .
Also for more muscles more strong and rigid exercises must be done and pushups is actually a great example all we need to do is increase our number of pushups anytime we feel like increasing muscles mostly chest,arm and partly legs.
