No, you cant move your coins once they generated stake (for a time that depends on coin. For ITC its about 2 hours. Devs will tell you more). If you unlocked your wallet and You didn't prevent to mint new coins by config file (see novacoin/peercoin forum) your wallet will automatically mint. So your coins will be blocked from spending for a while.

If you have many unconfirmed generated blocks

that means that you have poor internet connection (do you have wifi? Did you try to run ping -t google.com and see if you have stable connection?). Unconfirmed blocks (in PoS PPC clones) are (mainly) coused by poor internet connection. If you minted block and you cant share it with rest of the network, the network "thinks" that your block is not trustful.
