It's not a strange stipulation because a VIP transfer is for those who are willing to gamble here.

It's very funny, Skeleth was expecting 20 requests and got up to a thousand requests. This is good and I am a little curious about how many of those requests come from Bitcointalk because as far as I know, a VIP transfer offer was also posted on their Twitter.
