Collateral is indeed the best way to stay in business safely but the problem is most of the lender doesn’t practice this anymore that’s why it’s very hard to compete if you will stick to this policy.

Usually signature campaign and trust records are now being use as substitute collateral just to have a borderline secure loan in the forum since most of the regular borrower are from signature campaigns.
