Leverkusen did something great by beating team that had won 11 times in a row. One loss shouldn't hide how well they have done. I think they will try harder and maybe win the DFB Pokal which would still make this a great season.

The defeat in the UEL final yesterday will be a valuable lesson for Leverkusen and especially for Xabi Alonso personally, I am not saying that they played badly. For me, the consistency they have had since the start of the season until the end of the season has been quite good without experiencing defeat, as well as in the UEL competition. but losing in the final yesterday was something normal in my view because it is true that no team is perfect in this world, let alone maintaining unbeaten consistency throughout this season.
