Barcelona done good job and end their season with good results even they were not good against Real Madrid but still things were going good due to injuries and not having quality players with they are not able to buy good players from market due to having financial issues now how Flick will be manage this all it's going to be challenging for him with things could be more competitive in coming season.

Club officials and Barcelona management look like they are playing with Xavi, although for some people the reason for the dismissal seems reasonable, but personally I think it was a careless decision. Club officials seem sensitive to hearing comments related to financial conditions, although in reality Barcelona is indeed being hit by a serious crisis. Xavi failure to bring Barcelona to a trophy cannot be seen from one direction, because in every competition that Barcelona has participated in this season there have been better teams. This situation looks like not being able to accept one own shortcomings, then blaming others completely.

Hansi Flick, who will most likely be Xavi next successor, will feel the same way, club officials will demand many things, but cannot fulfill many requests. In La Liga, Madrid will remain eternal rivals in the race for trophies, as well as in the Champions League, Barcelona will have even more competitors. If Hansi Flick does not get adequate budget support to add depth to the squad, I think Barcelona fate next season will remain the same as this season. So firing Xavi and then replacing him with Hansi Flick is just changing managers, it doesn't make Barcelona bargaining value in any competition higher, because the problem is the financial crisis.
