popular team fires its coach even though the coach has made a good contribution usually has a reasonable reason or has a goal for the common good, but in the case of Xavi dismissal, this seems a little unreasonable to me because previously Xavi was very much retained after successfully managing Barcelona well even though with financial shortages.
