Conte is a very discipline man with a lot of specifications on what he wants so the management of Chelsea have to understand this, I believe he has coach this Chelsea team before of which he had a good spell not until everything starts falling apart but thier is no doubt that the man is good coach and that's exactly what Chelsea needs now, someone who is well experienced and knows the job because if they get anyone who is termed with just the name of a coach they might probably be more messed up than they already are.

In terms of coaching, we actually don't need to doubt what Conte is doing because even with his seemingly odd and temperamental attitude, he is one of the coaches who is still quite good in this era but indeed we must also be aware that his previous experience at Chelsea with now (if this rumor is true) it cannot be equated.

Conte in the Abramovich Era was given full power including in the squad and management to suit his comfort and for this season I am actually a little worried about what Todd is doing which seems to impose a will that could be a problem in the end.
