I tried to login to my account on a new device and I should say that I have the same problem as some other users have posted about recently. I don't get the authorization email.
There is something wrong with their email service. I am not getting emails for when my locked token periods reach expiration.
- Having looked at your posts, I tried to login:
(1) From a different device in same region/IP and
(2) From a different device in a different region/IP.
- the outcome was the same: "Incorrect login details".
- In which concerns logging from a different region/IP, I expected as usual to receive an email to confirm that it was me and didn't. So, I can confirm what are saying about their email.
In which concerns logging from a different device, I would like to get you confirmations. It was because of the device or because of the IP - this is a side to which have I never paid atention in this site and would like to be updated.
