I know Xavi is not a world-class coach, but saying he's still a beginner manager is what I do not agree with and I don't also agree that he can't handle a big project. You deserve to applaud Xavi and his work over the seasons, but never expect a hater to come to respect him as much as you respect Xavi. I agree that Xavi is not better in terms of experience in Europe, but he managed to embarrass a manager like Ancelotti last season with a 10 point gap at the end of the season.
