In your case, it would not appear to be a violation of the rules. So you can post two posts in a row without waiting for posts from other users.

you can also put a disclaimer at the top of your post that there will be two parts of your post so you can clarify to anyone reading that you are not trying to break a forum rule.
Yes, I will surely add a disclaimer. 
I checked by hitting the quote button that there's an open url bbcode tag at the very end of the post, i put a close tag and hit the "Preview" button and it works. I just don't know if it will work if i hit the "Post" button instead.
Nothing wrong with the BBCodes, it broke when character limit reached and made the code incomplete.
