I am not saying that you are lying. I am just trying to explain why they are probably not responding to your email. While your issue might be genuine, it can also be a security loophole with which hackers use to access accounts of other unsuspecting users

If you have even tried to reset an exchange account whose 2FA you have lost access to, you will understand what I mean.
