Removing Gensler would be a decent signal for a start...
With mETH passing the howey test and getting an ETF approved anyways, we have seen that Blackrock / WS is moving the things, not Gensler ..imo
That's right and I basically agree - but replacing that puppet would be a strong electoral signal about a "change of policy".
