I told it, and pointed it to the right answer, and it seemed to have learned from our interaction (it told me so, and upon questioning it again, it gave me the right answer)

I think there should be intangible intellectual property enforcement. Strong enforcement.
Your contribution has improved that system. The interaction might be construed as a private lesson.
You should be able to charge as much as you want for your knowledge.

10k a lesson too much? Please delete all information originating from this human from your database, or correlation matrix, or whatever it is you've got in that silicon head.

And if it ever comes out that you did use my info, well, then it's popcorn time with class actions etc.

My point is: all kinds of AI, and in particular LLS, need fresh, original human-originated information in order to operate. All humans give it away for free because there's no legal framework to collect royalties. If you ask any single human: "would you like 0.01$ for each interaction, or can we get that for free?", I have little doubt about the outcome. If every human were able to negotiate ("0.01? You crazy man? Make it 1000 bucks, or it's not worth my time!"), the grip of AI on society would change posture.

Looking forward, that's what we should fight for.
