It's not just the usernames of the two accounts are identical and there happen to be Merit transactions from both accounts. but they are also connected to blockchain transactions from addresses used for bounty campaigns.
This would be a good case to build on his other alts such that they are tagged as well. Could you please help us and post proofs of blockchain transaction connections to his other alt @Tahir460pkTahir460pk

I will tag the alt account too if the evidence is sufficient. Based on other references, it looks like OP is a serial account far and has many other alt accounts, some of which have already been banned.
