I realized by myself how important physical fitness is for a person. I have realized since long time that my body weight is increasing day by day I was not so conscious about fitness. But due to my weight increasing day by day I felt restless and various problems were arising so I joined a gym near my house. I have been joining the gym for three months now and I never thought I could change my physical fitness so quickly. But all my food has to follow above the gym food list. But I now understand how important a person's physical fitness is, every person should look after their own physical fitness. Especially we should avoid taking any healthy food such as fast food, sweets, etc. All these foods add a lot of weight to our body. So we must change the food menu and focus on our physical fitness.
In as much as exercise is essential to the body food is also much essential to the body also, the body system really needs food expecially proteinous food because what we are doing here (exercise) is not an easy one so telling us to avoid talking healthy food is wrong.


Exactly, our body do not only need food but good food in that matter the one that won't affect us during the push-up Becuase there are some food you will eat like you can't do what you use to do before at that particular time. However, this push-up won't only keep us fit but it is also therapeutic in nature. My problem now is that my country economy is so bad I don't know how i will continue to do this push-up cause I will need to eat well (consuming more than I use to...) after the push-up and I see that as one of the disadvantage of this push-up
@sotelorene I would advise you do your push ups challenge in a way that it'll not affect your health condition because your explanation here shows that due to bad economy of your country, after doing your push ups sometimes you use to find it difficult to eat healthy food, I really think you need to reduce your numbers of push ups since you can't eat good food, because although is very necessary for us after doing a huge numbers of push ups one really need to eat a healthy food to enable you to regain more strength to your body.

Today push up was a surprising one as I felt cold do to the weather we are in for those who reside in out continent Africa, I said let me take garlic and ginger before doing my push and as I do take this I was able to push up 80 push above what I have been pushing before now, I begin to imagine if this can be a beacon of strength to push up, who have similar experience of taking this two things ginger and garlic why pushing up any reaction of increasing one strength because it like I am speculating this help to increase strength while push up.
