Today push up was a surprising one as I felt cold do to the weather we are in for those who reside in our continent Africa, I said let me take garlic and ginger before doing my push and as I do take this I was able to push up 80 push above what I have been pushing before now, I begin to imagine if this can be a beacon of strength to push up, who have similar experience of taking this two things ginger and garlic why pushing up, any reaction of increasing one strength because is like I am speculating this help to increase strength while push up.
OMGosh how i love garlic. How did you take it? Raw chomp straight from the clove, roasted with butter and spread on bread, powdered pill form, or some other method? Ginger i only like in Ginger Ale soda drinks and those ginger snap cookie things. I don't appreciate ginger in other forms, like stir fry, but thats just me.
