Both teams have had the best development in the season that has just passed, certainly no one predicted that Bayer Leverkusen and Stuttgart would be teams that could compete well in the Bundesliga and get rid of Bayern Munich as defending champions because that is not an easy thing, often other teams just good at the start but slowly it will fail, that's why Bayern Munich continues to be champion, maybe Bayern Munich seems to be lulled because they are sure they will become champions again and don't notice that other teams have succeeded in improving.
Bayer Leverkusen may no doubt still be a good team competing here but Stuttgart, who knows whether they will still be good next season, especially if they are willing to sell Sehrou Guirassy because their rival clubs are really want to get the productive striker.

This season was the worst season of the past few seasons when Bayern Munich had to end up in 3rd place and this failure occurred after Bayern Munich chose Tuchel as coach which made all fans very disappointed and what was worse, Bayern Munich's policy became even worse when they chose Kompany to become the new coach to replace Tuchel who could worsen Bayern Munich's condition in the coming season.
Not sure what the purpose of Bayern Munich is to have a policy like this while Leverkusen and Stuttgart have beaten Bayern Munich which the president of Bayern Munich should have realized but instead chose an inexperienced coach.

Talking about Sehrou Guirassy, it looks like Stuttgart has had a good achievement this season after eliminating Bayern Munich and it is unlikely that Sehrou Guirassy will be sold to a rival club.
This was all done because Stuttgart was motivated by Leverkusen who could win the Bundesliga title and get rid of Bayern Munich again.
