Yes you are right I also think Antonio Conte is great coach who can help Napoli do well in Serie A. But it's not clear what will happen to Osimhen. Chelsea was interested in him but now they might not be. Even if they offer lot of money, Napoli might not sell him. Chelsea mainly wants to get rid of Lukaku, not trade him for Osimhen. I don't think Osimhen will leave Napoli unless team makes serious offer. If he stays, Conte can help him improve his skills.

After officially became an Napoli manager Conte has starting to searching some players to strengthen Napoli squad and for forward lines because most likely Osimhen will be leave Napoli this summer and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia also was linked to PSG then Conte should be find the replacement of those players immediatelly and according to the rumour Conte was thinking possibility to bought Chiesa from Juventus and Lukaku from Chelsea besides them for defensive lines Conte also want Danilo and why Conte want Chiesa and Lukaku because Conte feel these players will be suitable for his strategies for next season

If i am not mistaken according to his contract Conte has salary 6,5 millions for every year and as a manager this amount is very high in Serie A and because he has high salary then i am sure Napoli will set high target for him and indeed for Serie A Conte is very experience to train big teams from this competition because he can bringing Juventus and Inter Milan to gets the Scudetto so probably because of these factors makes Napoli decided to hire Conte but Napoli this season is compeletely messed up and Conte has hard jobs to impoved the performance of this team
