I can't really say they have same philo at this moment. Xavi has ever become a part of barcelona. He understands the club so well compared to the flick. That's why im doubting it when you said flick had same philosophy like barcelona.
Flick was rarely using short ball strategy unlike what xavi did in barcelona last season.
