Something similar, I've seen in my translations. But I'll tell you right away - the “error” did not occur regularly, and often “corrected” itself after saving the whole text again. Important note - such nuances occur only if the text encoding is different from the classical English one. I assume that it is somehow related to character encoding, or rather their processing by the editor.
