Sacking Erik Ten Hag is not really needed because sometimes I feel for those coaches are also pressured so is not really easy for them and for Erik Ten Hag I think he tries his best. Let’s imagine he was sacked who is going to be used to replace him and that what have been thinking about Chelsea even if they get a new coach am sure it won’t change the conditions they are because just look at it how many times have Chelsea sacked and gotten a new coach and their was no much improvement and they spent a lot of money on players to do their condition is even worse compared to that of Manchester United. At least they were able to win the FA cup their is even better to have archived something. Manchester United that was dragging with Newcastle has nothing to show now getting 8 position they expect to be celebrated. Next season if nothing changes then Erik Ten Hag should also expect is sack letter delivered to him. Because they will feel like the club is not adding up. And to the management they want to see changes.

Some team has to g through so many managers before they can get transformation and redemption. If Manchester United and Chelsea feels that is the way forward to win a title this new season then no one is stopping them. No manager is expected to stay a particular club for ever. They were employed just like any other manager and players in football. For Manchester United what they need is not just a new coach they also need newly signed players in the team. Midfielders and defenders that is the role they need the most. And i see them makin more wave than Chelsea next season. Chelsea will face strong pressure from fans and they will not be able to play so well next season.
