Arsenal biggest mistake was losing points to Aston Villa in two meetings. If Arteta were able to win one of these matches, Arsenal would have succeeded in lifting the EPL trophy. Arsenal's habit of often being inconsistent towards the end of the season must be addressed immediately. Arteta needs to maintain Arsenal performance so that they can appear consistent to win the title which has been postponed for the last two seasons.

They will probably not make the same mistakes over and over again, plus they had just a few games they had a problem, and I am sure that next season they will do better. Problem with City domination is that City plays so well that they always get super high points, it's of course normal that they win the title, Arsenal is getting points that could have been a title winner in most other cases, whereas we are looking at it now and seeing that they are finishing second.

Their situation in the last two seasons shows that in most cases they would be title winners with those averages, but they failed because of how things turned out. I believe that they are going to end up with something that will take a while to see in the end.
