I'm not aware if so many coaches rejected the offer to coach the team but I am very sure that Bayern Munich contacted Xabi Alonso the current manager of Leverkusen he disagree since he's still in contract with Bayer Leverkusen but I think the choice of another young coach in the person of Kompany is not a bad idea, he's going to challenge and battle with Xabi to make sure Bayern Munich is returned to her original position in the league and to restore the good performance of the team.
