Don't make it sound delusional.... exchanges have been hitted with a lot of hacks , seeing an accusations of stollen funds while researching doesn't mean that exchange is completely a red tag although some are obvious not to mention.. maybe the word reputable was too much on your side...

Never said exchange wallet aren't wallets good enough.. I use both and I raised the suggestion because we can all agree one comes with a better assurance interm of privacy and security of funds.. and that doesn't mean exchange wallets aren't secured too, there's been upgrade in security on both side over the years ... just that the way I see exchange wallet is through their word "Exchange" easy exchange more likely for business type...
