Manchester City must be able to persuade Pep Guardiola to be willing to extend his contract. Of course, it will not be easy for Manchester City to find a replacement for Pep if he chooses to leave. Pep Guardiola has been able to turn Manchester City into an elite team in Europe, he has given fans all the titles they aspire to. I think Pep will not renew his contract again and he seems to need another challenge to face before deciding to retire.
