Yes it is not a problem if what he lost is fully his own money but if there are also some money that he should send back to stake's users. No valid complaint until now against poorbot, tried to find information at Stake's dedicated forum but seems that there is no post about poorbot to. Hopefully no one is affected by what was done by poorbot or in other word is that poorbot lost all his money only.

I think that can be the only explanation why stake has offered any complains about the issue, because if some of the funds lost were actually tied to stake users then I think by an accusation or some sort of thread would have been actively discussed

But it's seems the whole issue wasn't actually what we taught as the poorbet owner himself has cleared the air and hopefully they would restart it as he states and with lowered fee too.

With the OP's detailed explanation above, it's clear now that the whole issue clearly wasn't really what we all thought It was, and it's also clear now that most of us had assumed wrongly.
Like op explained, he said those who sent funds to the bot got it back after 30 minutes, 30 minutes can seem like it's hours in some situations, so it's possible that those who sent fund and didn't have it exchanged started complaining about being scammed, and the news of poorbot closing down their exchange services made the whole issue escalate the more.
But than after 30 minutes, the funds returned back to the wallet it was sent from, but the affected users probably were too ashamed to go back to the chat and let everyone know that their funds had been returned.
We see things like this quite often on this forum where a user create a scam accusation against a casinos, and after the issue is resolved, the user never bother to come back and let other forum users know that their issue with the casino has been resolved, this us mostly common with forum newbies.

Anyways, I am happy that poorbot is coming back even better than before, kudos to op and good luck again.
