I see you have already earned two merits and become jr.member from newbie. There are many members in the forum who have spent years in the forum but still haven't earned a single merit. That means you are on the right track. Participate in discussions on various boards of the forum, help other members, this way you will earn merit and your profile will grow up. There is no time duration in the forum to earn merit.

There's no active member of the forum who will spend a year here without receiving merits that user must really not be interested in the things of the forum or the user only visit the bounty section for bounty hunting or the person only login not to get informations but for his or her personal business. Being active in the forum is one of the ways of learning here and you get better everyday once you are willing to interact with other members and share useful information in the forum by so doing you will be rewarded with merits.

Don't forget that merit is not to be begged here as the forum frown at such post begging for merits, but making quality post will help you to earn merits without stress.
