That is true about exercising.

But you know what I do even I know that fact? I'm too lazy to do that. Because of busyness, I'm not able to fulfill that suggested timeframe for doing exercise.

I need to balance my life and do better in time management if it's about exercising and as for screen time, I'm starting to see more and more kids that are on their screens allowed by their parents.
