Success never comes by chance, to be successful one has to make many sacrifices. I like the story you told here and the story I read because they didn't back down from their business they kept their business one of them left but the other three stuck together. They have been able to improve their business and trade otherwise it would not have been possible. When we read these stories, we get motivated and feel like we will do something, but nothing is done like this. To do it, we must start very early and hold on through the broken structure, only then will we see that success will come.

To become successful comes with many trials and failed attempts, anyone who strives to be successful in live needs to overcome as much obstacles that will provide a success ending and in such time backing down is not an option no matter the difficulties all eyes should be targeted at the final outcome. Not just about getting motivated by others testimonies, their should be a constant room for implying actions to it.
