Yes. I was given 3 options (I believe) during installation. I chose the second one. [Standard]. Are there fake ones? Still can't find the RBF from Tools. Sorry I can't post too quickly.
When you create a new wallet in electrum, there are four options.
1. Standard wallet
2. Wallet with two-fator authentication3. Multi-signature wallet
4. Import bitcoin addresses or private keys
Can you confirm that you download electrum from electrum.org? It doesn't matter how you created your wallet in electrum. If your transaction has been flagged as RBF, you should be able to increase its fee.
Take note that all transactions that are made by electrum itself are automatically flagged as RBF.
To increase the fee, you should right click on your unconfirmed transaction and select "Increase fee".
I believe I did download from Electru.org. I also believe I saw the Multi-signature wallet option. Could have seen 4 options thought they were 3.
