I dont think Brazil with their current performance will be able to dominate the Copa America, Brazil performance in the FIFA WCQL last year was very bad, from 6 matches they could only win 2 times and lose 3 times.
Brazil also just appointed their new coach in January this year, 5 months perhaps not enough to bring Brazil performance back to the top.
While Argentina, after becoming World Cup Champions, have won 13 of their last 14 matches in the FIFA WCQL and international friendlies, Argentina will clearly dominate the Copa America this year, not Brazil.

Well there are the two favorite's and also the two finalists last year so I would not be surprised if the two can emulate such success again in the Copa America. But football sometimes is filled with suprises and I remember one particular period when Chile held the title with firm hands as they won Argentina twice in the finals but as for now the Chilean team can't boast of such strength again.

I really like this Uruguayan team, it has one of the best midfielders in Brazilian football: De Arrascaeta... and it also has De La Cruz... maybe the Uruguayan team can have an excellent championship, as it doesn't have as much pressure as it is not considered a favorite, but it could very well surprise.
