Some days are like that, you could wake up not feeling the energy to carry out exercise in the normal routine and numbers. In such moments you don't force it, doing what our strength can carry is appreciable, because there are other days you just feel a robust energy to go an extra mile with your exercise. It's really not easy to be consistent but we just have to be resilient anyway.
