yeah there are some cases that there is a delay in Wallet refilling but everything is being settled after a while so I believe their reputation is still in good position till now.

Well it's good to share your experiences with these casino you have used, but it's good to report the issues you have with any online or offline casino so that they will resolve it ASAP. However, as long as casinos are consern, they all have their problems that's why there's a report button features in any online or offline casino. Talking about delay in wallet refill, it also happen in other casinos. The truth is everything can't be 100% perfect, but is good that casinos keep their reputations intact.

But who wouldn't report it immediately when it can only ruin their experiences? There are still no guarantees though that the team will solve the issue ASAP, that is why to have a long patience is a must. Not all casinos has that report button but it does not mean that we can't report an issue anymore because there must also be a customer support for the each of them. I only know one casino that has a wallet refill problem and that would be Bitvest.

I think they only lack in funds and not a personnel but I was amazed to the dedication that they are showing because the casino is still striving continuously throughout the many years. I hope they can have more funds in the future, so that it won't cause an inconvenience anymore to their users.
