Many years ago my relatives faced the same problems, I was the person you describe. I gave all my valuables to a pawn shop and never bought them back. One day, my girlfriend and I came to buy back her gold ring, which I took without asking, and she began to say that I should no longer be allowed to come here and should not be given money here, to which the owner replied that he could not do this if I came and If I have my passport with me, he won’t be able to refuse me. I struggled with addiction for many years, then God gave me freedom. Otherwise, there was no way I could get rid of it.
In answer to your question, I will say that it will not be so easy to sue these establishments; if they do everything according to the law, then there is no reason to accuse them of anything. A person comes to them voluntarily, so it will be difficult to conduct this process. But it depends on the laws of the country in which it happens

but most likely it would really be that pointless that you would really be making out such argumentations and trying to sue them out basing up on the situation or condition on which when it comes to legal aspect
then we do know that this is something that wont really be having any sense because it would really be obviously that laughable on trying out to sue on things which its really just that totally your mistake
and its true that you arent that being forced on doing so but rather you do force yourself on doing it on your own. Gambling life or simply with the addiction t hat you do have then it would really be affecting out
any people around you specially on the moment that you would really be making some shit decisions just because of too much addiction.
