Altcoin investment is somewhat risky. So you should never rely on other's suggestion. In this case, you must do your own research. The view of others and your view will never be the same. So research the coin you want to invest in beforehand. Suggestions from others will help you reach a decision.
Investment on altcoin is risky it is true but you will find some potential altcoin like Ethereum, BNB, SOLANA those altcoins are still very safe investment. Because these altcoins are market top and they have a lot of investors. They are the only ones to be trusted after Bitcoin. Apart from these there are some other coins like matic, trx but investing in them is still risky. Investing in altcoins or investing in bitcoins should always be done at your own risk because no one will take responsibility for your losses, you have to take responsibility yourself.
That is true, the "risky" part is investing into new stuff, or highly centralized stuff like XRP, or meme projects. If you are investing into something like ETH, then you are making a good decision and I would say that it is not as risky as one might think. I feel like that is a good decision for both short term and also a long term investment as well. There are some arguments over which one is good and which one is risky, but top ten usually does look quite well if you know what you are doing.
This is why I highly suggest that if you really want to invest, then you should look for top names, and remove any meme ones from the list. I dislike memes because you do not know how well or terrible they are going to do in the end.
