Well sometimes it's hard to have self control, especially when it comes to emotions, I many times tried to control myself with respect to emotions and that was very hard for me, in the end I thought I had things well controlled and no, I always made the same mistakes, so I didn't continue doing it, thanks to trading I understood that I could carry out the same strategy, which is to lose what you are willing to lose, and that meant that if I had 100usd and I wanted or could lose but 20usd, then that was the only thing I had the right to lose, I had to contain the desire to put in more money, that was having discipline and from there I began to control everything, when you control the money everything is controlled, because emotions no longer matter, until that balance runs out that's all.

Its never been easy if we so speak about control on which people would really be that usually be that serious on quitting or trying out to realize on the moment that they are on such bad condition or situation
