If they take loan for filling their daily needs, that will not be a problem because that is the important things in their life. If they take loan for buying stuff or luxury things that is not necessary for their life, that will not recommended because that is not too important for their life. We must consider what we needs to survive if we wants to take a loan but if we can manage our finances properly, we don't have to take a loan.

If they take a loan for playing gambling and lose that money in gambling, they must repay the loan because the lender will not lets them away without paying the loan. Take a loan must gives back the money and if they can't repay, they can gets in jail because they don't gives the loan money to the lender. People must not take a loan for playing gambling especially if they lose their money. If they lose, it is better to stops from playing gambling so they don't have to lose more money.

Certainly loans are a tool for us to be helped in financial terms, such as in the urgency of the need for household appliances and others I also agree that it is not a problem if it is still within his ability to earn money, and if it is about buying luxury goods or a glamorous lifestyle from borrowed money, I think they are too imposing themselves to be seen by others that they have luxury goods to show to others and that is not a good thing for others and even for yourself just because you want to be considered rich.
And yes the best way is to only buy what you need not what you want so as not to exceed your limits.

There is no tolerance for lenders to losing gamblers, whatever it is, because basically they just lend money and don't care what the borrower will do with the money as long as he can pay the loan again at the agreed time, I agree with you that it is better not to gamble than to have to use borrowed money to gamble, no matter how much we feel we will be lucky never do it because if you lose the consequences are very big indeed, and if you don't have money to gamble then it's better to keep quiet and hang out with your family.
